  1/10 would not recommend at all!
  For the first time in my life, i walked out of a restaurant before recieving my food and finishing it.
  
  1. I asked for a iced green tea... the lady said she'll make it for me. I got a bowl of ice and a cup, 10 mins later i got a pot of hot JASMINE tea, not green tea.
  
  2. My partner and I both ordered MAINS at the same time. I ordered springroll vermicelli bowl, my partener ordered salt and pepper calamari and bbq pork. It took an hour for my vermicelli bowl to come out, i had a big bowl of noodles and 4 springrolls and a vinegar sauce.
  
  3. I didnt start eating yet because i was waiting for my partner's food to get there, i literally just sat there.. and the staff saw me, no one came up to ask if everything was ok at all.. then i decided to just eating after about 20 mins, because my food was getting cold. I stopped again because i didnt want my partner to be eating alone aswell. Then the lady finally came to ask me of everything was ok.. i told her i was waiting for my partner's food to come out and she laughed and said that they usually wait for the soups to be done before they bring out the mains, saying that they were waiting for me to finsish my food before they started cooking his food?!?! I ordered a main!! And it was not soup and she could see that!

If you look on their menu, and look for bbq pork, you will see a photo of BBQ PORK, bbq pork is bbq flavoured pork, if you are familiar with asian food or if you google it and you will know what i mean! When we decided to leave, they finally bought out my partner's food and we got over salty calamari and a pork stir fry?!?!?!?!
  
  4. The waitress seemed like she has had no training at all, as she did not even know the menu and i basically had ro explain it to her. If you look under vietnamese cuisine, the title is "vietnamese cuisine: vermicelli rice bowls", and under that, they are a list of toppings for the vermicelli bowl and i chose the springrolls, she asked me what number it was on the menu, and i showed it to her and stated again that i would like the springroll vermicelli bowl, and she was so confused and told me no, thats just springrolls... id you look at the menu.. you will know what i mean. She was very lovely though. It was just like no one trained her or even told her about the menu.
  
  5. A couple came in after we got there and they got their food first, then there were 2 other people who came in separately to get take out and they both got their food before us too!
  
  When we went to pay, and expressed how we felt, in the nicest way possible to say that we werent happy about our experience, basically no one said sorry and just told us that everything is all good... the only person that said sorry was the waitress, not the owner! And the owner even pointed at the waitress and blamed her for it.
  
  It was a very disappointing experience, sorry to say. I would have loved to have enjoyed it, but that wasnt the case. I have never put a negative review for anyone, but just had to let people know. Sorry for the bad review, i just think you needed to know, i hope you take this into consideration and make some changes to make it better for other people.
