You need a strong lesson on customer service skills or stay away from the counter. We have recieved countless burnt inedable chicken and cold sides and no appologies just attitude and stubbornness. This is the last try, asked for same order we always have, two's a party, with two wing pieces. Only to be told no, you must have thigh pieces and made to feel like our business was not wanted. Well, you might not miss our $30 a fortnight, but if you keep this service up you'll have plenty of chicken to eat for yourself!October 05, 2016
